Meet Roben
Roben Harris is a performing artist, educator, and facilitator who helps mission-driven teams strengthen how they work together - creating shared understanding, responding with intention, and staying truly connected.
With a background spanning decades of performance, teaching, and communication simulation, Roben brings a unique perspective to professional development. She draws on the skills that performers use on stage and applies them to the real-world situations teams navigate every day. Skills like presence, listening, and responsiveness help teams connect more genuinely, stay aligned, and move their work forward together.
My Story
My work is rooted in decades of experience—as a performing artist, educator, community leader, and public servant—alongside years facilitating communication simulations and a personal history of caregiving for loved ones through serious disability and illness.
That lived experience shapes everything I bring into a room. It grounds my work in both empathy and practicality, blending real-world care with theatrical creativity to help teams navigate complex, emotional, and high-stakes moments with clarity, intention, and heart.
From puppet stages to classrooms, from community leadership to murder mystery theaters, each chapter of my journey has shaped my mission. I created inCahoots to design engaging, interactive experiences that spark connection, strengthen communication, and celebrate the joy of learning and performing together.
When not performing or leading a workshop, I love exploring the arts, traveling, and spending time with my family. I believe deeply that connection—between people and through story—helps us heal, grow, and serve one another better.
Let’s start a conversation about your team, your goals, and what you’re navigating right now. I’d love to explore how inCahoots can support your work in a way that’s practical and meaningful.
