Interactive, collaborative workshops that apply on-stage skills to the unscripted moments of everyday work.
Through guided activities and real-life scenarios, we practice presence and deep listening, notice and respond to verbal and nonverbal cues, explore how to respond with intention rather than reaction, and build habits of supporting one another in the moment.
Grounded in applied improv and communication simulation, teams don’t just talk about communication—they experience it, reflect on it, and carry it back into their work.
