Workshops for Educators
Working alongside educators to strengthen communication, stay present in the moment, and navigate the fast-moving, unscripted reality of school environments.
Educators work in constantly shifting environments where every moment requires attention, adaptability, and connection. From classroom dynamics to staff collaboration to family communication, the work is relational, fast-paced, and often unpredictable. Even the best plans require real-time adjustment.
My background includes years in the classroom teaching performing arts and language arts, creating original curriculum, and working with students across a wide range of ages and learning styles. I understand the energy, flexibility, and communication it takes to lead a room—and how small shifts in presence and response can make a big difference in both learning and connection.
We focus on
-
Staying present while managing multiple demands
-
Reading student energy and nonverbal cues
-
Responding with clarity in real-time moments
-
Strengthening collaboration across staff and teams
-
Supporting connection while maintaining structure
The inCahoots approach
Interactive, collaborative workshops that apply on-stage skills to the unscripted moments of everyday school life.
Through guided activities and real-life scenarios, we practice presence and deep listening, notice and respond to verbal and nonverbal cues, explore how to respond with intention rather than reaction, and build habits of supporting one another in the moment.
Grounded in applied improv and communication simulation, educators don’t just talk about communication—they experience it, reflect on it, and carry it back into the classroom and staff interactions.
No performance required—just practical, engaging learning we build together in the room.
